Our Board, Management and Team at Megawide Corporate Foundation Inc., are united in our commitment to create a positive impact on the environmental and social goals of our country. Through the years, Megawide has made significant strides towards its vision of creating a First World Philippines, being a leader in the areas of construction, engineering innovations, infrastructure development, renewable energy and transportation. It is with the same passion and dedication that we, at the Megawide Foundation, strive to uplift lives and provide first-world solutions to communities in need.

We are proudly known within our conglomerate as “The Heart of Megawide”. Through the Foundation, many of the Megawide Group's sustainability programs, CSR projects and philanthropic activities are championed, aligned and implemented.

The Foundation also plays a key role in ensuring that Megawide adheres to the best corporate governance practices, as defined under the "Principle 10" of the "Code of Corporate Governance for Publicly Listed Companies." We proactively ensure that material, as well as reportable non-financial and sustainability issues are disclosed, and significant contributions are shared.

Megawide Foundation has adopted the Megawide Group's "2021 Sustainability Reporting Framework," and is dedicated to deliver effective programs and projects that contribute to social and environmental initiatives under the SDGs.

We believe in the power of collaboration. We value the unique perspectives of our external and internal partners and stakeholders. All our programs and initiatives involve in-depth consultations and coordination, from planning, to implementation, all the way to monitoring and evaluation.

The Strategic Business Units (SBU) of the Megawide conglomerate each have their respective CSR aims and projects in the communities they operate in. In addition to implementing our Foundation’s own flagship programs, we support our SBUs in building their capacity through year-round CSR workshops and networking endeavors.

All CSR projects and programs of the Foundation, as well as those within the Megawide Group, adhere to our collectively formed “ISI Framework” which stands for impactful, sustainable, and innovative CSR programs. Together, we came up with indicators that will guide us in applying this framework. It is our way of attaining cohesive and interconnected CSR efforts and outputs, thereby maximizing our impact and reach.

Megawide Scholarship Program

We believe that education is the greatest equalizer. Through the Foundation’s Megawide Scholarship Program, we provide educational assistance to academically excellent students in need, who possess leadership potential, and big dreams for themselves and the country.

Disaster Assistance

Megawide Foundation recognizes the impact of disasters on its host communities. Ensuring promotion of resilience, sustainability and community recovery against calamities in the Philippines, the Foundation provides services focused on “Disaster Preparedness” and “Disaster Response” to scholars, employees, host communities, and partners.
