From Empowering E-zine – Issue: Q2, 2024
On August 15, 2024, the Foundation hosted its second Megabay session at Santolan Town Plaza, focusing on life and technical skills for the scholars.
Led by Princess Hyacinth Esguerra, Corporate HR’s learning and Organizational Effectiveness Head, the session centered on personal leadership, helping the scholars uncover their strengths, values, motivations, and purpose. Esguerra emphasized that true leadership starts with living one’s core values, fostering self-motivation and responsibility. The scholars also created their personal mandalas, representing their values and purpose, to guide them as they transition from academic to professional life.
