The Scholarship Program Levels Up

From Empowering E-zine – Issue: Q1, 2024

The Megawide Foundation’s long-running scholarship program, which supported 90+ scholars, has taken a bold leap by expanding its reach to include junior and senior high school children of its employees who worked with the company for 15 years or more. This significant enhancement reinforces the company’s dedication to the well-being of its workforce.

Last April 11, the Megawide Foundation announced the scholarship program for the children of longstanding Megawide employees, in which they will receive monthly financial support during their junior and senior high school years, given that they meet the following criteria:

  • Must be a child of an employee who works with Megawide for 15 years or more;
  • Must show the need of financial support;
  • The employee should be in good standing and not involved in any administrative case in the company.
  • The child must be an incoming high school;
  • The child must have the ability to finish school (e.g. maintains good grades every school year, not involved in any problems at school, etc.).
