On July 22, 2024, Megawide Foundation launched its SBU-wide Bridaga Eskwela, rallying more than 20 volunteers across SBU’s to help prepare public schools in Rizal for the upcoming school year. The initiative enabled of teaching in the beneficiary schools. Volunteers and the school community worked together in the cleaning and repainting of classrooms and comfort rooms.
The Foundation and EPC donated used desktop computers and brand-new printers for the faculty and students. These materials benefited 1,800 students and 60 faculty members of San Isidro Elementary School, and 3,000 students and 80 faculty members of Taytay Senior High School in Rizal.
The initiative not only enhanced school facilities but also ignited the spirit of volunteerism among Megawide employees, reinforcing the Foundation’s commitment to quality education.
With upcoming Brigada Eskwela projects planned by C2W, EPC and other SBU’s, Megawide’s educational support continues to expand its positive impact across the region.
